It's frustrating. I went back to school for my Master's degree because I was having trouble finding work with a BS. Now that I have my Master's the economy takes a nosedive, and industries like biotech which depend so heavily on investors, well, we're just screwed. And school loans still need repaying.
People keep telling me to sell my art, but that's something that I'm just not cut out for (then again, I don't think I'm cut out for real life either; but that hasn't stopped me from trying it out anyway). The art world is already saturated with more talent and skill than the economy can really support. My crap simply can't compete.
So back to tedium and mild desperation I go; sending yet more resumes into the black holes called HR departments.
